Our chicken comes from Marvid. our food is prepared Bishul Yisrael according to Sephardim (a Jew cooks both sides). All greens are checked in house. Our iceberg comes pre checked as well as our frozen vegetables with a hashgachah. We have a Mashgiach T'midi on the premises at all times. Glatt Kosher under strict J.S.O.R. supervision with an on-site Mashgiach. All of our meat is Bet Yosef and prepared Bishul Yisrael.
