Hello, I'm Rikki. I'm a Fine Artist and Illustrator with a desire for sharing the beauty and joys of life through art. While I am quite busy with art at present, BH, it wasn't always this way. For as long as I can remember, art was my thing. I loved working and creating with my hands. Still, for many years my focus was in raising my children and art took a backseat. Once my children grew up and I had more free time, I was eager and ready to reexplore my passion. My first endeavor was in book illustrations. It was a great place to put my love of children and my art into play. I started while my children were still young. I have been writing and illustrating a preschool children's book series for Hachai Publishing ever since. In this series I introduce relatable life experiences to young children through rhyming words and fun illustrations. As time allowed I began to further explore the arts. Through my art journey, I discovered a special love in creating works using unexpected and often bold colors. I found it to be a powerful way to express emotions and add depth and dimension. But art is a continuous journey. And part of the beauty of art is in discovery and growth. I therefore love taking on new challenges, be it in a custom art request, special commission or something spontaneous. Please join me in my journey and discover the glory of life through my artwork.
