Daskal's Delights was founded in 1998, by the expert baker, Chanie Daskal. The idea came to her when her home-made mishloach manos began getting really impressive feedback. The overwhelming responses are what prompted her to start doing this as a business. Today Daskal's Delights has grown into a large successful business, supplying to many caterers, wedding halls, and customers from around the five boroughs to as far as Cleveland, and Boston. Every one of her pastries and cakes leave her kitchen looking picture perfect. The delectables are mouth-watering, and her specialty parve cheescakes have ''wow''ed many customers. Balei Simcha are constantly receiving remarks such as ''Are you sure these aren't milchig?!'' While they are still a home-based, family business, they take pride in offering top quality goods without compromising on the Kashruth. They currently operate out of two completely separate kitchens for milchig and parve, and are under strict Kashruth Supervision of Khal Adas Yereim. All products are Kemach Yoshon. Customers are happy to be able to offer fresh, savory, home-baked goods to their family and guests. These pastries, cakes, and desserts turn every occasion and simcha into a successful one. ''So what are you waiting for?''
