About Aqua Modesta

The line was founded by Regine Tessone who used her original training from Fashion Institute of Technology to create her unique line. The line includes the knee lenght skirt called the ''skant''. The skant looks like a skirt and functions as a pant. The skant allows for full mobility in activites that require extended leg movement.
